The Wine Tasting Shop’s new wine flight will feature a Sparkling Rosé from Dorset; ‘Louma’ deliciously elegant and beautifully balanced. With character derived from the rolling hills of Dorset and gentle sea breeze, this wine takes West country summer sunset as its muse. Tiny persistent bubbles and expressive aromas of strawberries complement floral freshness.
Also available will be ‘Sov’ran’, Pinot Blanc from the rich soils of the South Downs, West Sussex. An incredibly fresh and mineral Pinot Blanc with notes of lemon zest, green apple and west stone. Crisp but well-rounded, the notes of blossom and pear linger on the palate.
Finally, the last addition, ‘Gusbourne’ English Rosé from Kent is a decadent and delicious Pinot Noir. The warmth of the season comes through in its crisp, fruit driven palate of strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants, followed by hints of blossom and ginger on the finish.
Situated on the buzzy Hildreth Street, The Wine Tasting Shop is a thriving bar, bottle shop and tasting room that has become a neighbourhood hangout for wine lovers across South London boasting a lovely outdoor seating area for 25.
