A kinky take on the restaurant ‘Doggy Bag’ has arrived just in time for cuffing season. Launching on September 27th, it aims to help first-time and recently coupled daters and food lovers make the most of their dinner dates – and take a more light-hearted, playful, and adventurous approach to sex.
Instead of being filled with restaurant leftovers, the Doggy (Style) Bag will be packed to the brim with sexual wellness products and a ‘Sex-pert’ Guide covering everything from the ‘best’ sex positions for first timers, and how to be more upfront and honest about your sexual desires.
It has been dreamt up by the UK-based restaurant discovery app, Appetite, and sexual wellness brand HANX who have joined forces to honour the experience of dating, which is one of the most common times people eat out.
To mark the launch, street food specialist Sexy Buns have teamed up with both brands to create the ultimate ‘Date Night Starter Pack’ – containing a complimentary date night dinner, as well as a limited-edition Doggy (Style) Bag to explore together. These will be available to enjoy at Sexy Buns, Oxford Street and Canary Wharf locations on September 27th, between the hours of 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
All consumers need to do is download the Appetite app and claim the Drop to redeem the offer. These will be available to snap up from Monday 23rd September on a first come first served basis for date night on the 27th. Just make sure to bring your (sexual) appetite and save room for when the meal is over.
The launch comes off the back of new research which shows that 82% of single Brits have had an unsatisfying sexual encounter, with 67% stating that whilst people are more open minded than ever, it doesn’t necessarily translate to ‘better’ sexual experiences. Those asked, cited lack of communication (54%), experience (36%) and performance anxiety (43%) as stumbling blocks when it comes to having great date night sex.
