Thursdays at West London favourite, The Prince, just got even more exciting with the launch of The Cocktail Club. The weekly event gives visitors the opportunity to try a range of exotic cocktails they haven’t tried before by allowing the drink prices to fluctuate throughout the night dependent on what’s popular. Some could reach as low as £5! There will also be non-alcoholic cocktails to indulge in if partaking in Dry January. Burns Night at The Libertine | 25th January
Don the tartan and visit The Libertine for a bonnie night to remember. Hosted by Johnnie Walker, the City of London restaurant will be throwing a party on 25th January to mark the birthday of the poet Rabbie Burns, sure to be a vibrant evening of live performances until the wee hours. For the full Caledonian experience, there is also a three-course menu on offer, starting with the traditional Cullen Skink, a haddock chowder with leeks. For the main event, Scottish Wild Venison Haunch Steak with Haggis Croquette, and to finish, a Raspberry Cranachan Parfait; famed Scottish dessert of whipped cream, golden oats and raspberries – finished with a dash of Johnnie Walker.
