Get ready, London—this summer, lunch just got louder. Plant-powered favourite atis is teaming up with Wahaca and its co-founder, Thomasina Miers, for a vibrant new menu collab that fuses Mexican flavour, sustainable thinking and the rhythm of modern London living.

Launching Monday 9 June, the Wahaca x atis limited edition bowl is a colour-charged celebration of seasonal produce, sunshine energy, and conscious cooking. Welcome to your new summer go-to: The Wahaca Mexicana.

Inspired by the streets of Oaxaca and London’s boldest flavour moments, The Wahaca Mexicana is a layered, nourishing feast designed to energise from the inside out. Think smoky Mojo-marinated chicken, zingy chipotle-lime dressing, and a vibrant Mexican chopped salad crafted by Thomasina herself—stacked with baby spinach, pink slaw, coriander, and spring onion.

It’s served alongside Blanco Niño chipotle tortillas for the perfect crunch, plus a fresh mixed salad and side pot to round it all out. It’s feel-good food, done properly—with full respect for the planet and your palate.
