A game-changing flexible stay experience lands in West London, complete with wellness, workspaces, and a new restaurant from the Crispin team.

London’s accommodation scene just got a serious upgrade. Mason & Fifth, the lifestyle brand behind some of the city’s most stylish boutique stays, is gearing up to open its largest and most ambitious location yet. Westbourne Park—a next-level flexible stay concept—launches in June 2025, and bookings are already live. With 332 design-led studios, a wellness hub, a cultural programme, a creative workspace, and a restaurant by the minds behind Crispin and Bistro Freddie, this is more than just a place to sleep. It’s a whole way of life.

Westbourne Park: A Flexible Stay Like No Other

London is no stranger to cool places to crash, but Mason & Fifth’s Westbourne Park is in a league of its own. Forget soulless hotel rooms or dodgy long-term lets. This fully flexible stay is perfect for both short and extended stays, offering everything from overnight stopovers to months-long residencies. Studios start at £170 per night or £2,295 per month, and guests can choose between a fully equipped kitchenette studio or an ‘Out & About’ studio for those who’d rather eat their way through London than cook.

Nestled inside the historic Taxi House building, this West London hub places guests minutes from Notting Hill, Golborne Road, Portobello Market, and even Little Venice. Whether you’re here for work, play, or just an extended escape, Paddington Station and Crossrail make the entire city (and Heathrow) ridiculously easy to access.

Beyond the Studio: Wellness, Work, and Culture Under One Roof

Mason & Fifth isn’t just giving you a stylish pad—it’s creating a whole ecosystem. Staying here means access to first-class wellness, workspaces, cultural events, and a members-only rooftop lounge with panoramic city views.

Wellness at The Grounding

Westbourne Park’s wellness facility, The Grounding, takes self-care to new heights. Guests can sweat it out in the gym, plunge into a pool, detox in the sauna, or embrace cold water therapy—all included. For an extra treat, there are holistic therapies, beauty treatments, and a packed class schedule covering yoga, Boxfit, HIIT, and Mason & Fifth’s signature Groundwork session.

Guests staying a month or longer also get a complimentary consultation with a wellness practitioner to help craft a personalised fitness and nutrition plan.

Cultural Programming & Creative Spaces

Forget boring hotel lobbies. Mason & Fifth’s Listening Lounge and Cinema will host independent film screenings, live music, DJ sets, and creative workshops. The brand has also teamed up with Dazed Club, giving eight emerging artists a two-month residency that culminates in a public exhibition.

A New Work Hub for London Creatives

Meadow, Mason & Fifth’s first-ever dedicated creative workspace, is also making its debut. Designed for 120 creatives and makers, it offers daily, weekly, and monthly memberships, plus affordable rates for local charities and community groups.

Expect a state-of-the-art music studio built in collaboration with Seb Glover, co-founder of East London’s FOLD, offering artists and producers a fresh space to create.

A New Restaurant & Bar from Crispin & Bistro Freddie

Foodies, rejoice. Mason & Fifth is teaming up with the team behind Crispin & Bistro Freddie to launch Canal, an all-day restaurant and bar right on the water’s edge. Open to both guests and the public, it promises seasonal, sustainable dishes made with ingredients from local farmers and day-boat fishermen.

For a more laid-back dining option, the ground floor bar and café will serve grab-and-go dishes, snacks, and coffee. Up on the 10th floor, the guest-only panoramic lounge is the perfect spot to cook, eat, and unwind with views of London’s skyline.

A Platform for Local Creativity & Sustainability

Mason & Fifth’s commitment to sustainability and supporting local talent shines throughout Westbourne Park. The interiors are crafted by London-based makers like Jan Hendzel, Jay Achillies, Yarn Collective, and Westhouse Pottery. Guests will find bespoke furniture, ceramics, and textiles made exclusively for the space, with some available to purchase in-house.

The space will also feature a rotating selection of products from independent brands like STORE STORE and Planet Good Earth, along with Mason & Fifth’s own homeware collection, designed in collaboration with Colours of Arley, Hoodmor, Goldfinger, and Kana.

A New Era for London Living

Mason & Fifth’s Westbourne Park isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a new vision for flexible living, where wellness, creativity, sustainability, and community collide. Whether you’re in London for a night, a month, or longer, this game-changing new space is raising the bar for modern accommodation.

With bookings now live and an official launch in June 2025, the countdown is on. London’s most stylish new stay is nearly here.
