Alley Cats Drops a Gin-Infused Martini Sauce Pizza—Because, Why Not?

The Ultimate Vodka Sauce Glow-Up Hits London

Londoners, meet your new obsession. Alley Cats Pizza has teamed up with martini maestro Giorgio Bargiani to create something so outrageously good, it should be illegal. Say hello to the Gin Martini Sauce Pizza—a gin-soaked, vermouth-infused reinvention of the much-loved vodka sauce pizza. Available for just one month, from 25th February to 25th March, this slice of boozy perfection is ready to shake up your pizza nights.

Gin Meets Pizza—Because Cocktails Aren’t Just for Glasses

Some collabs just make sense. When Sicilian-born pizzaiolo Francesco Macrì and award-winning bartender Giorgio Bargiani join forces, expect nothing less than magic. This limited-edition pizza features a creamy, gin-infused tomato base crafted with Fords Gin and an extra dry vermouth. It’s topped with fior di latte mozzarella straight from Molise, fresh basil, and fiery Calabrian chilies—all on Alley Cats’ signature crispy base.

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, there’s a Negroni Dip on the side. Yes, you read that right. This honey pickled jalapeño dip brings a bittersweet kick to every bite, making sure your tastebuds stay entertained.

Bargiani himself puts it best:
“Gin’s versatility isn’t just for cocktails. This collaboration shows how spirits and food can blend in new, exciting ways—while still having fun.”

Alley Cats: London’s New York Pizza Scene Just Got an Upgrade

If you haven’t been to Alley Cats Pizza yet, it’s time to fix that. Opening its first spot in Marylebone in late 2023 and quickly expanding to Chelsea, it’s already a go-to for proper New York-style 14-inch pizzas. Their menu is a love letter to bold, punchy flavours, from pepperoni with hot honey and jalapeño to the cult-favourite vodka sauce pizza—which now has a gin-fuelled remix.

Head Chef Francesco Macrì explains the magic behind the new creation:
“We took our signature rich tomato base and infused it with the bold botanicals of Fords Gin, garlic, and Mediterranean herbs. The result? A creamy, tangy sauce that takes the classic vodka pizza to a whole new level. It’s a masterpiece—I can’t wait for everyone to try it.”

Where to Get the Gin Martini Sauce Pizza

This pizza is a one-month-only deal—so no excuses. You can grab it at both Alley Cats locations in Marylebone and Chelsea for £18. It’s time to swap your usual pepperoni slice for something a little more elevated (and slightly boozy).
