Cross-genre punk band Millie Manders and the ShutUp have announced a double AA-side 7” single to coincide with their previously announced UK tour throughout the spring and a highly-anticipated London gig on 16 May, Downstairs at the Dome.
AA-side tracks Angry Side and Can I Get Off? will be released on 5 April alongside a range of new T-Shirts to help raise funds for Mercy Without Limits.
Known for their ferocious and joyous live shows and championed by the likes of the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, BBC Introducing, Radio X and Vive Le Rock, the band will release their second album later this year. The eagerly awaited new album follows their acclaimed debut, Telling Truths, Breaking Ties.
With grinding guitars, irresistible horns, huge amounts of pop appeal and candid lyrics, the band delve into themes such as loss, betrayal, anxiety, heartbreak, environmental concerns and political unrest, all while exuding the punk attitude and the prowess that sets them apart.
MMATSU have built a strong reputation through their live shows and versatile discography. Their live performances have graced stages at such notable festivals as Slam Dunk, Bearded Theory, Rebellion, North West Calling, Kendal Calling and Boomtown, and they’ve previously supported the likes of Less Than Jake and Ferocious Dog on tour.
