Angler’s Cambridge Distillery terrace

Michelin-starred Angler’s rooftop terrace has launched a picturesque summer bar in collaboration with international award-winning gin producers, Cambridge Distillery. This quintessentially British terrace brings Cambridge countryside charm to the city, offering refreshing gin cocktails amidst a haven of blooming summer foliage. Founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, William and Lucy Lowe, Cambridge Distillery started out with the couple creating a laboratory in their living room. Inspired by walks through the meadows surrounding Cambridge, the gins seek to capture the taste of the English seasons and use fresh botanicals grown in and around the distillery. Angler’s Executive Chef, Gary Foulkes, has curated a bespoke menu of nostalgic English bar snacks designed to pair perfectly with the refreshing, gin-based drinks. These include Cuttlefish fritters with chip shop curry sauce and Crispy pork brawn with Gentleman’s relish.
