Founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, William and Lucy Lowe, Cambridge Distillery started out with the couple creating a laboratory in their living room. Inspired by walks through the meadows surrounding Cambridge, the gins seek to capture the taste of the English seasons and use fresh botanicals grown in and around the distillery. Angler’s Executive Chef, Gary Foulkes, has curated a bespoke menu of nostalgic English bar snacks designed to pair perfectly with the refreshing, gin-based drinks.
