Valentine’s Celebrations at the Legendary Long Bar, Sanderson

Long Bar is going all out this Valentine’s Day, celebrating with cocktails, a party and a special pairing menu. Couples can indulge in the Love Affair cocktail; a sweet concoction of Bombay gin, raspberry infusion, lemon, sugar, egg white, raspberries and Veuve Clicquot Champagne, priced at £14. For a full night of celebration, Long Bar is throwing a Valentine’s Party on the 14th February itself, welcoming couples and friends to dance the night away. A Valentine’s Pairing will be on offer too, including three miniature Cupid-themed cocktails alongside matching macaroons (£25) for the ultimate experience. Valentine’s Tasting Menu at Meraki

Glamorous Greek restaurant Meraki is serving a romantic tasting menu this Valentine’s Day, inspired by their most popular dishes. Couples will be served a brilliant selection of Greek mezze dishes, from their famous Taramosalata with white cod roe emulsion to the Octopus carpaccio, lemon oil dressing and pickled onion. Main dishes on the menu include Grill flamed seabream with wild Horta greens, whilst they have created an eclusive Valentine dessert, incorporating White chocolate sphere, bergamot and yoghurt cream, raspberries, almond and vanilla air sponge. Priced at £65 per person, this is the ideal option for couples looking for contemporary Greek cuisine with a romantic to finish. –

The Restaurant at Sanderson is celebrating Valentine’s Day by serving a seasonal dinner menu from Executive Chef Barry Tonks. Starters on offer include Pressed confit chicken, truffle emulsion, pickles, hazelnuts whilst main courses feature Lamb breast, sautéed kale with anchovies, fennel seeds, kumquat marmalade. Guests can finish the romantic meal with desserts including Chocolate ganache tart, malt ice cream and Guinness gel. The menu is available from 14th-16th February and is priced at £55 per person –

The iconic Asia de Cuba is serving a bespoke Valentine’s Menu filled with their infamous fusion fare for couples to enjoy. Hidden in St Martins Lane hotel in the heart of Covent Garden, Blind Spot is serving the Cupid’s Paradise with Chambord, egg white, lemon, orange, priced at £14, in celebration of Valentine’s Day this year. Guests can enjoy the cocktail in the bar, set behind the façade of a boutique tea counter and a secret golden hand-shaped handle in the heart of Covent Garden –

Tasting Menu at Yen

Yen have created a tasting menu exclusively for Valentine’s Day, to be served at the restaurant on the evening of February 14th. Starters, brought to the table to share, will include tuna tartare and artichoke tempura alongside Yen’s signature handmade soba noodles – served hot or cold with dashi broth. Guests will then be able to choose from Welsh lamb chops with Red Miso or Onagi eel Tareyaki, as well as a selection of freshly made sushi, using the highest quality fish. The meal will round off with a delicious dessert of Chocolate fondant with Yamazaki whisky ice cream, and guests will be treated to a glass of Grace Blanc de Blanc on arrival.
